1.首先启动密炼机各润滑油泵和液压站，二手密炼机厂家，检查各部位供油是否正常。油泵及液压站正常工作15min后启动主电机，从密炼室出水端观看转子转向是否正确。通常密炼机在出厂前，经过空运转2h以上，在用户处空运转4h以上。
